Alicia Kern was great to work with! She acted as a dual agent and handled everything smoothly from start to finish. She got the property listed quickly, priced it right, and it sold in no time. What I really appreciated was how she kept everyone informed and made sure both sides felt comfortable throughout the process. In the end, it was a win for all parties. Highly recommend Alicia if you’re looking for someone reliable and easy to work with!

Alicia was great to work with! Me and my husband had to find a home very quickly and Alicia made sure that it happened. She was also quick to respond to my calls/texts and was always helpful. Will definitely recommend her in the future to my friends/family!

Alicia was fantastic! She was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and so sweet! Literally we would not have our home without her information! Because of Alicia's connections, we were able to look at our house and put an offer before it had even been listed online which made a huge difference! I would strongly recommend Alicia; she is awesome and really cares about her clients!

Our first showing was in a cold wet and dreary day but when we got to the home to view, she greeted us like the sun was shining! From that day on, her patience with us unbelievable. Our offer went through due to her expertise in how to handle every personality. To us, that is very important and well appreciated. A very friendly agent!

Being a first time seller, Alisha was very understanding and took time to answer all my questions. She was very helpful in guiding me through the entire process. She had done her research in determining the market value of my home, and I was pleased with her recommended selling price. I felt that she had my best interest in mind. Alisha did a wonderful job, and I would recommend her as an agent!
